The carrier will deliver the goods and complete customs formalities on your behalf.
7. Delivery
7.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
7.2 All delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 4:00 pm on the day of the transaction. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed the next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays. Due to the volume of parcels around bank holidays, particularly Christmas, deliveries may be delayed by our couriers. For example, if you complete your transaction on Friday at 5:00 pm requesting Next Day Delivery, your items will be packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
7.3 If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will email or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is important to provide a valid email address and contact number for this purpose. Please check your emails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.
7.4 If you have questions regarding our shipping methods or would like further details on the shipping progress of an order, please contact us at https://imperiumofmind.com/contact/.
7.5 We accept that there may be occasions when there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late, damaged, or not at all. In such cases, we will ensure that a replacement or refund is arranged with minimal fuss. You may also receive a refund for the postage if an item you ordered is delayed. Each refund will be treated on an individual basis. Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be liable for any re-delivery or return charges.
7.6 Lost Parcels: We insure all our parcels. If your parcel goes missing, we will take full responsibility for refunding or replacing your item at no additional cost, as long as the claim is not fraudulent. Claims can be made 7 working days from the date the item was supposed to be delivered.
7.7 Parcels Damaged in Transit: If a parcel is damaged in transit, we will take full responsibility. Please refer to our Returns section for further information.
7.8 Parcel Delays: If a parcel does not arrive within the estimated time frame, first check the tracking information provided to you. If you don’t have this, please email https://imperiumofmind.com/contact/ for the relevant information. Contact the courier company if questions remain unanswered. If further assistance is needed, we will email the relevant courier/department for you, with an estimated turnaround time of 24-48 hours.
7.9 Change of Carrier Service: In rare occasions, we might need to change your selected/preferred carrier service to another carrier due to weight restrictions, unprecedented demand for their service, or delivery issues. The new carrier will provide a like-for-like service (e.g., next day delivery, delivery before 10 am). We will cover all additional costs for the amended service, and if the new service is cheaper, we will honour a refund for the difference in price.
7.10 Courier Strikes: If one of our delivery companies goes on strike, we won’t be responsible for compensation refunds for parcels that arrive outside the estimated delivery time frame. If you wish to pursue a claim for a late delivery, we can action a claim against the mentioned delivery company. Claims can take up to 14 days for a successful compensation claim, followed by a further 7 days for the refund to be deposited back into your account via the original payment method. (This timeframe also applies to claims against lost parcels).
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
8.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through https://imperiumofmind.com/contact/.
8.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
8.4 Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
8.5 Photo evidence will be needed for all damaged items that need to be returned.
8.6 If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the item and no other arrangement has been made, the returned item will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
8.7 Refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
8.8 If an item bought online turns out to be faulty, you are protected by the same rights that apply to purchases made in person. We will reimburse you for the cost of sending the item back to us.
